We seek enough function space for a bare minimum of 150 booths, but we have been able to fill over 300, and tend to have vendor waiting lists even then!
We tend to attract roughly 7,500 attendees throughout the day, but we might also expect as few as 4,000, and seek enough space to accommodate this projection.
We offer several guest speaking sessions throughout the day. 125 seats would be ideal in a classroom style arrangement, with a podium or table and a microphone.
Cash bar with a food and beverage minimum is how we organize our concession needs. Our shows boast a collection of "Witches Brew" 21+ cocktails, and it is one of the show's top selling points. We let your staff design the cocktails and the menu!
We had a tremendous experience hiring multiple ticketing attendants as well as badge checkers from our venues at an hourly rate in 2022, and seek to do this for all 2023 shows, if this is a service you can charge to our folio.
Each booth is provided one table and two chairs (more if requested), and a trash can. 8 ft. tables preferred, 6 ft. would do as well. Vendors would independently rent their electric or WiFi from you, and we would rent outlet usage for registration.
We use TicketSpice to register attendees. We understand come venues have a preferred ticketing platform, but we were severely negatively impacted during Covid-19 by a popular ticketing agent.
Deposit at the time of signing our contract, with incremental payments leading up to the date helps us to pay as we sell tickets and booth spaces, and final due date one week prior to show (preferred).
