PARKING

Park in the event center's four-story, 1,200-space garage, right next to the venue. It has two entrances, one on Riverside Dr. and another on Barton Springs Rd. Pro Tip: If there is any traffic, enter on Riverside. event parking on-site is available for $10. please refer to the google map link below to plan your parking in advance.

LOAD-IN

OPTION 1: SERVICE YARD

please see the service yard map below, as this area will be reserved for our load-in and load-out process. note the "H1" on the map indicates the area for our exhibit space, hall 1. it is first come, first serve, so it's best to show up early if you have substantial inventory!

OPTION 2: FRONT

best option for those with only enough inventory for a load or two, and/or with enough assistance to make a single trip. enter the main entrance, indicated on the service yard map below as "main drive".

SET UP & TEAR DOWN

SET UP: 8 AM - 12 PM
EVENT HOURS: 12 PM - 6 PM
TEAR DOWN: 6 PM - 8 PM

CHECKING IN

there is no formal check-in process, but we will check ID's on an as-needed basis. please allow no more than 4 assistants at your booth; any additional will require admission badges.

SETTING UP

please familiarize yourself with your booth placement! a diagram will be available near the registration desk for additional guidance, but table surfaces may or may not be labeled when you arrive. your booth will have a tablecloth which you may opt to use, or remove.

be mindful that wifi & electric are subjected to convention center pricing! to procure these items, head to the exhibitor store by scrolling down to Bitchcraft Fair, then create an account to secure your orders.
