PARKING

Kentucky International Convention Center offers two parking garages: Cowger garage and Commonwealth garage with a total of 28 ADA compliant parking spaces. the rate is $10 for 3 hrs to 8 hrs, $12 for 8 hrs to 24 hrs.

Availability of parking is first come first serve basis. Please see the below parking maps to where exhibitors and attendees are permitted to park.

LOAD-IN

OPTION 1: SEPTEMBER 30, 5 PM - 9 PM

this is the only day in which the loading dock will be assessable! recommended for those with substantial inventory or handicap/mobility concerns (please do not consider this option otherwise as spots are very limited and we want to be courteous to vendors with multiple booths, and/or heavy, bulky, awkward or substantially large product). you must book your spot in advance (below).

You may also use this date to load in without use of the loading dock. you would simply park and load in through the front doors, then take the elevators up to the second floor to load into Hall B.

OPTION 2: OCTOBER 1, 10 AM - 12 PM

best option for those with only enough inventory for a load or two, and/or with enough assistance to make a single trip. the loading dock will not be available on this date. you would simply park and load in through the front doors, then take the elevators up to the second floor to load into Hall B.

SET UP & TEAR DOWN

SET UP 9/30: 5 PM - 9 PM
SET UP 10/1: 10 AM - 12 PM
EVENT HOURS: 12 PM - 6 PM
TEAR DOWN: 6 PM - 8 PM

CHECKING IN

there is no formal check-in process, but we will check ID's on an as-needed basis. please allow no more than 4 assistants at your booth; any additional will require admission badges.

SETTING UP

please familiarize yourself with your booth placement! a diagram will be available near the registration desk for additional guidance, but table surfaces may or may not be labeled when you arrive. your booth will have a tablecloth which you may opt to use, or remove. A 10x10 canopy is only permitted without the roof.

TEARING DOWN

please be mindful of the venue clean-up staff and leave minimal trash. you may load out the same way you loaded in, however, be aware that the loading dock area you may have used to load in has minimal space. with less inventory than when you first came in, you may opt to use the front entrance to load out.
