OPTION 1: PARK & LOAD IN

best option for those with only enough inventory for a load or two, and/or with enough assistance to make a single trip. enter the main entrance at 400 w. wisconsin ave or the entrance on the corner of vel r phillips & wells streets. luckily, the ballroom is on the first floor!

OPTION 2: DRIVE UP & LOAD IN

RESERVE A LOAD-IN SLOT

you must make a reservation to use the mall slider entrance!
best for those with substantial inventory or handicap/mobility concerns (please do not consider this option otherwise as spots are limited and we want to be courteous to vendors with heavy, bulky, awkward or substantially large product).

Located at the 550 W. Wells Street mall slider entrance, vehicles will be permitted to temporarily park here for no longer than 20 minutes in order to load in through the doors (this will be enforced). Do NOT leave your vehicle unattended or parked here!

note that the mall slider instruction document was drafted last year when there was heavy construction! construction will not be an impediment this year.

MALL SLIDER INSTRUCTIONS

PROHIBITED ITEMS

- Knives, swords, guns
- Food must be approved in advance
- Candles / Incense – may be sold, but NOT lit during show
- Helium Balloons
- Stickers can be sold, but not given away for free

SET UP & TEAR DOWN

SET UP: 8 AM - 12 PM
EVENT HOURS: 12 PM - 6 PM
TEAR DOWN: 6 PM - 8 PM

CHECKING IN

there is no formal check-in process, but we will check ID's on an as-needed basis. please allow no more than 4 assistants at your booth; any additional will require admission badges.

SETTING UP

SET UP: 8 AM - 12 PM

doors open at 8am to begin setting up. your table will be labeled with the primary shop name. a diagram will be available near the registration desk for additional guidance. your booth will have a tablecloth which you may opt to use, or remove. A 10x10 canopy is allowed as long as it does not obstruct an exit or cover signage.

TEARING DOWN

TEAR DOWN: 6 PM - 8 PM

please be mindful of the venue clean-up staff and leave minimal trash. you may load out the same way you loaded in, however, be aware that the mall slider drop-off area you may have used to load in has minimal car space for temporary parking. with less inventory than when you first came in, you may opt to use the front entrance to load out.

put your broom up for a night or two at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee, only a 0.2 mile jaunt from the convention center. weekend downtown rates are high, but we locked in a special rate just for you!

be sure to book prior to September 4 to lock in our special rate of $184.
