PARKING

it is wise to plan your parking strategy in advance! metered parking is free on Sundays, but if you don't want to take any risks, you can reserve parking.

LOAD-IN

OPTION 1: PARK & LOAD IN

best option for those with only enough inventory for a load or two, and/or with enough assistance to make a single trip. enter the main entrance at 400 w. wisconsin ave or the entrance on the corner of vel r phillips & wells streets. luckily, the ballroom is on the first floor!

OPTION 2: DRIVE UP & LOAD IN

best for those with substantial inventory or handicap/mobility concerns (please do not consider this option otherwise as spots are limited and we want to be courteous to vendors with heavy, bulky, awkward or substantially large product).
while not a loading dock, there is an accessible area with a large sliding door for loading in & out. There will be heavy construction in this area at the time of the event, but we have been granted special permission for drive-up and drop-off access.
Located at the 550 W. Wells Street mall slider entrance, vehicles will be permitted to temporarily park here for no longer than 20 minutes in order to load in through the doors (this will be enforced). Do NOT leave your vehicle unattended or parked here!

SET UP & TEAR DOWN

SET UP: 8 AM - 12 PM
EVENT HOURS: 12 PM - 6 PM
TEAR DOWN: 6 PM - 8 PM

CHECKING IN

there is no formal check-in process, but we will check ID's on an as-needed basis. please allow no more than 4 assistants at your booth; any additional will require admission badges.

SETTING UP

your table will be labeled with the primary shop name. a diagram will be available near the registration desk for additional guidance. your booth will have a tablecloth which you may opt to use, or remove. A 10x10 canopy is allowed as long as it does not obstruct an exit or cover signage.

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

- Knives, swords, guns
- Food must be approved in advance
- Candles / Incense – may be sold, but NOT lit during show
- Helium Balloons
- Stickers can be sold, but not given away for free

TEARING DOWN

please be mindful of the venue clean-up staff and leave minimal trash. you may load out the same way you loaded in, however, be aware that the mall slider drop-off area you may have used to load in has minimal car space for temporary parking. with less inventory than when you first came in, you may opt to use the front entrance to load out.

we would caution you not to share your booth # until September 15, at which point booth assignments are final – but if you want to throw caution to the wind & banshee shriek out into the void, do you boo babe. just be warned there’s a small chance you’ll have to make corrections on your socials.
