Loading In & Parking

Please familiarize yourself with the diagram and memorize your booth placement, or save it to your device. You will go directly to your booth upon your arrival, as there is no formal check-in process to reduce load-in bottlenecks. We will check your identification on an as-needed basis, or as we drop off your wristbands.
The loading dock is available Saturday from 5pm-9pm, and Sunday from 10-noon, but you must book a 30-minute timeslot first as spots are limited.

Booth Set-Up & Services

Each 10' x 10' booth includes a 6-foot table, and we will use the chair preferences you submitted when preparing the final floor plan. Tablecloths are not provided, so please bring your own. Canopies are permitted. Vendors cannot sell food for consumption or live steel.

Located in the Cultural District of Downtown Portland, The Hotel Zags is steps away from the city's premier venues, iconic landmarks, and scenic parks. Explore the city with a bike from our Gear Shed, gather by the fire on our patio, or recharge in the comfort of your room. Here, relaxation and adventure go hand in hand.
